The Client

We've been working with Ferrari of Atlanta for years

Ferrari of Atlanta is one of Atlanta's premier luxury automotive dealerships, representing one of the world's most iconic brands. SOAR Media has been their trusted event partner for several years, producing a portfolio of high-profile experiences, including Rides to Remember, their annual charity gala and track day festival benefiting pediatric cancer causes.

So when they came to us with their vision – a celebration of International Women's Day that felt worthy of the Ferrari name – we were ready to run with it.


The Event

Close to 90 of Atlanta's most driven women, in one room

On March 8th, 2026,  we hosted Women with Drive, a celebration of International Women's Day that invited ~90 of Atlanta's most influential women into the world of Ferrari. SOAR Managing Director Olivia Malifa led the day from start to finish.

The aesthetic was bold pink and red: femininity and energy, all the way through. Invitations, florals, furniture, and a signature cocktail made with Ferrari Brut. Every detail was intentional.

Guests got the chance to test drive the new Ferrari Amalfi, one of the first opportunities to get behind the wheel since its late 2024 launch. Three remarkable women also took the stage to share personal stories of resilience, adversity, and hard-won success, grounding the event in something far more lasting than the spectacle alone.

 

THE TECHNOLOGY

A full-funnel system that turns attendees into prospects

Beyond the experience itself, SOAR built and launched a purpose-designed marketing, sales, and events funnel, transforming Women with Drive from a one-day activation into a long-term pipeline asset for Ferrari of Atlanta. The goal was to make sure every guest who walked through the door could be followed up with in a smart, personal way.

How the funnel worked
1 Invites & registration Guests registered through a branded flow that captured their details and flagged interest in test drives before the day.
2 Check-in & waivers on the day Digital check-in kept things moving. Test drive waivers were handled on-site — no paper, no friction.
3 Guest profiles built in real time As guests moved through the event, we built profiles — preferences, engagement, vehicle interest — ready for the sales team.
4 Automated follow-ups after Emails went out automatically based on what each guest did. Anyone who test drove got a personal invite to book a one-on-one with their designated sales rep back at the dealership.

By the end of the day, multiple guests were already asking about specific models. The funnel turned those conversations into a real pipeline, without the sales team having to chase anyone down.


The Result

A great event and a real sales tool

Women with Drive was exactly what it was supposed to be: an inspiring afternoon that left people genuinely excited about Ferrari of Atlanta. But it was also a smart business move. Ferrari of Atlanta walked away with a warm list of prospects, an automated follow-up system, and a playbook they can run again.
